Great Shengda announced that the company held the 27th meeting of the third board of directors and the 23rd meeting of the third board of supervisors on June 27, 2025, and reviewed and approved the proposal on the extension of certain fundraising investment projects. The company agreed, based on the principle of prudence and in conjunction with the actual construction situation and investment progress of the current fundraising investment projects, to adjust the scheduled time for the "Guizhou Renhuai Baisheng Intelligent Paper Wine Box Production Base Construction Project" to reach the intended usable state from June 2025 to December 2025
