According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanhaochu Cultural Creative Co., Ltd. was established, with Yang Zhongliang as the legal representative. The business scope includes: organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities; packaging services; graphic design; sales of textile and knitted products; sales of toys, animation, and recreational supplies; and sales of toys, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by HLADI through indirect holdings
