ZJOFHC: Chairman Jin Chaoping resigns, Wang Zhengjia takes over
ZJOFHC announced that the company's board of directors received the resignation letter from Chairman Jin Chaoping. Jin Chaoping will no longer serve as the chairman or director of the company due to organizational arrangements. Meanwhile, the company's board of directors elected Wang Zhengjia as the new chairman, with a term starting from the date of approval until the end of the tenth board of directors of the company.
