WESTERN ANIMAL announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Chairman Li Changsheng on July 9, 2025. Li Changsheng resigned from the positions of chairman, director, and convener of the strategic committee due to a job transfer. Li Changsheng's original term was set to last until the end of the fourth board of directors, and after resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company. Li Changsheng does not directly or indirectly hold any shares in the company, nor do his immediate family members. The company will complete the election of a new chairman as soon as possible
