Yinbang Clad announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Wuxi Xinbang Technology Co., Ltd., has reduced its holdings by 8.219 million shares through centralized bidding, with an average reduction price of 10.58 yuan/share, accounting for a reduction ratio of 1%. After the reduction, Wuxi Xinbang Technology Co., Ltd. holds 115 million shares of the company, accounting for 14.02% of the total share capital. This reduction plan has been implemented in accordance with relevant regulations and will not lead to a change in the company's control
