Zhenhua Tech: Termination of certain construction content of the technology transformation project for chip capacitor production line
Zhenhua Tech announced that the company has decided to terminate part of the construction content of the chip capacitor production line technology renovation project implemented by its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Zhenhua Xinyun Electronics Co., Ltd. The project was originally planned to invest 160 million yuan, with a cumulative investment of 76.8706 million yuan. The reasons for terminating this part of the construction include changes in market demand, technological iteration, customized equipment, and production site factors. Terminating this part of the construction will not have a significant impact on the company's production operations and financial status
