Bondex announced that on July 15, 2025, the company repurchased 370,800 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.18% of the company's total share capital. The highest purchase price was RMB 13.53 per share, and the lowest price was RMB 13.36 per share, with a total amount paid of RMB 4.9964 million. The total amount of funds for this repurchase is not less than RMB 40 million and not more than RMB 80 million, with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 16.85 per share
