HUATU CENDES: The purchase price for the employee stock ownership plan is adjusted to 32.76 yuan/share
HUATU CENDES announced that the company will hold the fourth meeting of the fifth board of directors on July 15, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on adjusting the purchase price of the 2025 employee stock ownership plan. According to the authorization of the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting, the purchase price of the company's 2025 employee stock ownership plan will be adjusted. The purchase price before the adjustment was 45.91 yuan/share, and after the adjustment, it will be 32.76 yuan/share. This adjustment will not have a substantial impact on the company's financial condition and operating results, nor will it affect the continued implementation of the stock ownership plan
