Xinjiang Tianye announced that the company's public issuance of convertible corporate bonds to raise funds for the project of producing 225,000 tons of high-performance resin raw materials annually has been implemented by its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Tianye Huixiang New Materials Co., Ltd. The entire process has been successfully completed, and high-performance resin raw materials have been produced smoothly. However, it will take some time for the project to reach full production capacity, and there are uncertainties such as market changes, which may pose risks of not achieving expected benefits
