LMGF announced that some of its directors and senior management have completed their commitment to increase their holdings in convertible bonds. Vice Chairman Zhang Qing increased his holdings by 2,050 bonds, amounting to 503,300 yuan; Director and President Fan Zhaohui increased his holdings by 2,340 bonds, amounting to 503,600 yuan; Director Xu Huichao increased his holdings by 2,300 bonds, amounting to 405,000 yuan; Director Chen Xin'an increased his holdings by 1,580 bonds, amounting to 402,900 yuan; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Shen Shuyan increased her holdings by 1,580 bonds, amounting to 401,300 yuan. The total increase is 9,850 bonds, with a total amount of 2,216,100 yuan
