ZJOFHC: Jin Dongjian resigns as director
On July 18th, ZJOFHC announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter from director Jin Dongjian. Jin Dongjian applied to resign from the position of director due to personal work changes and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. The resignation will take effect from the date the resignation letter is delivered to the company. The company will elect a new director as soon as possible in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association
