YUELING: Jiesijin Materials has completed the acquisition of 24.5606% of the shares

YUELING announced that shareholders Lin Xianming, Lin Wanqing, Lin Xinfu, Lin Shenmao, Lin Ping, and Lin Bin have agreed to transfer a total of 62.875 million shares to Beijing Jieshi Jincai Technology Co., Ltd. Upon completion of this transfer, Jieshi Jincai will become the largest shareholder of YUELING, holding a 24.5606% stake. The original controlling shareholder, the Lin family, will see their shareholding ratio decrease to 17.0797% and has agreed to waive part of their voting rights. The actual controller will change from the Lin family to Wang Guanran.
