Fangsheng Pharmaceutical: Plans to transfer the ownership of the "Qiangli Pipa Lu" drug variety to Kangpu Pharmaceutical
Fangsheng Pharmaceutical announced on July 22 that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tengwangge Pharmaceutical signed a "Drug Marketing Authorization Transfer Agreement" to transfer the ownership of the "Qiangli Pipa Lu" drug variety to Kangpu Pharmaceutical at a price not lower than the company's cost price, with the transaction amount within the approval authority of the chairman. This transaction aims to improve asset operation efficiency and initiate strategic cooperation
