TJKJ announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Chairman Mr. Yu Xiang. Mr. Yu Xiang resigned from his positions as Chairman of the 10th Board of Directors, legal representative, and Chairman of the Strategic Committee due to work adjustments. After resigning, Mr. Yu Xiang will continue to serve as a director of the company and a member of the board's special committees.
