QLPIPESINDUSTRY signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with TianShan High-Tech

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QLPIPESINDUSTRY (002457.SZ) announced that the company (Party B) recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Beijing Tianshan High-tech Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianshan High-tech," Party A). The agreement stipulates that within the specific regional scope agreed upon by both parties, the concrete wind power tower orders purchased by Party A shall prioritize Party B's regional advantages after the public procurement process conducted by Party A, based on the pricing rules negotiated by both parties (the pricing rules are subject to the specific agreement). For the concrete wind power tower orders purchased by Party A within the aforementioned specific regional scope, they shall be produced by Party B's wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Hailong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hailong Company") if the production capacity meets the demand and complies with the pricing rules. Both parties will jointly negotiate and formulate a renovation plan for Hailong Company's production base, which will be specifically implemented by Hailong Company to ensure its production capacity for concrete wind power towers. Party A shall provide necessary technical support and assistance during the renovation process of Hailong Company's production base. Both parties shall fully utilize their respective market and resource advantages to explore various cooperation methods and jointly assist Party A and Goldwind Technology in obtaining wind power project orders. In regions outside the specific areas agreed upon by both parties, both Party A and Party B shall be each other's preferred cooperation partners in the same concrete wind power tower project bidding. That is, if either Party A or Party B chooses to bid jointly, they should prioritize selecting the other party for collaboration. If Party A competes directly with other manufacturers in the same bidding project, Party B must obtain Party A's written consent in advance if it intends to bid jointly with other manufacturers
