Mainland parenting subsidies implemented, JXR and BASECARE-B each rose by 10%, Feihe and Ausnutria increased by 2% to 5%

Mainland China encourages the implementation of fertility subsidies, and childcare concept stocks generally performed well this morning (29th). Assisted reproduction stocks rose, with JXR (01951.HK) opening up 8.9%, reaching a high of 10.1% at HKD 3.7. The subsequent increase narrowed, and it is currently reported at HKD 3.45, up 2.68%, with a trading volume of 171 million shares, involving HKD 614 million. BASECARE-B (02170.HK) once rose 11.1%, reaching a high of HKD 3.21. It is now reported at HKD 3, up 3.81%, with a trading volume of HKD 1.3916 million.

Mainland China's leading infant formula company, China Feihe (06186.HK), opened up 5.1% and once rose 8.3%, reaching a high of HKD 5.08. The increase later narrowed, and it is currently reported at HKD 4.8, up 2.35%, with a trading volume of HKD 464 million. Ausnutria (01717.HK) initially rose 15.1%, reaching a high of HKD 2.82, a new high in over a year and a half. It is now reported at HKD 2.58, up 5.31%, with a trading volume of HKD 1.9003 million. Additionally, Mengniu (02319.HK) and H&H International Holdings (01112.HK) rose 0.2% and 1.6%, respectively.

Raw milk producer YouRan MuYe (09858.HK) is currently reported at HKD 3.56, down 2.2%, with a trading volume of HKD 34.3154 million.

Children's clothing and children's products stock Goodbaby International (01086.HK) declined, currently reported at HKD 1.09, down 11.38%, with a trading volume of HKD 30.8757 million.

The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Implementation Plan for the Childcare Subsidy System" after the market closed on the 28th, mentioning that starting from January 1, 2025, regardless of whether it is a first, second, or third child, subsidies will be provided for infants under three years old who meet the legal and regulatory requirements, with each child receiving RMB 3,600 per year until they reach three years old
