The business scope includes: manufacturing of automotive parts and components; wholesale of automotive spare parts; mold manufacturing; mold sales; research and development of mechanical equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Shanghai NBJF Seating Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NBJF, among others
