YouFa Group announced on July 30th that the company held a board meeting on the same day, during which it approved the appointment of Li Maohua and Zhang Guangzhi as the company's deputy general managers. The qualifications of Li Maohua and Zhang Guangzhi have been reviewed by the board nomination committee and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association, with their term starting from the date of the board's approval until the current board's term expires
