RTGF: Director Chen Shuangkui resigns
RTGF announced that the company's director Chen Shuangkui submitted his resignation on July 30, 2025, due to the need for legal adjustments to the company's board of directors. After resigning, he will continue to serve as the general manager of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary. Chen Shuangkui's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board
