JSGT: Shareholder Shengtai Investment extends the pledge of 23.62 million shares
JSGT announced that its shareholder, Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone Shengtai Investment Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of shares, has extended the pledge of 23.62 million shares, accounting for 17.90% of its holdings and 1.45% of the company's total share capital. The original pledge start date was August 22, 2023, the original pledge expiration date was August 22, 2024, the first extension expiration date is August 22, 2025, and the expiration date after this extension is August 22, 2026. The purpose of the pledge is for financing. As of the date of this announcement, Shengtai Investment has cumulatively pledged 23.62 million shares of the company, accounting for 17.90% of its holdings
