According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Quzhou Wan Da Thermal Electric Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Guoliang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of electronic components; manufacturing of special equipment for semiconductor devices; manufacturing of integrated circuit chips and products; manufacturing of general components, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by SWEC through indirect holdings
