Beingmate: Non-independent director Chen Yuquan resigned due to reaching the statutory retirement age
Beingmate announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation from director Chen Yuquan on July 31, 2025. Chen Yuquan resigned from his position as a director of the company's ninth board of directors and as a member of the board's strategic committee due to reaching the statutory retirement age. After his resignation, Chen Yuquan will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. The company will complete the director supplementary election work as soon as possible
