On August 1st, Xinlong announced that the company's board of directors agreed to appoint Yu Chunshan as the company's president; appointed Zhou Jufeng as the company's board secretary and vice president; appointed Pan Ying, Guo Yongde, and Dai Xiao as vice presidents of the company; and appointed Dai Xiao as the company's chief financial officer. The terms of the above personnel are consistent with the term of the company's ninth board of directors, all for three years
