GRAND HOLDING announced that the company completed the repurchase and cancellation of shares on July 31, 2025, with the number of shares canceled accounting for 0.45% of the total share capital before cancellation. The total share capital of the company before cancellation was 509 million shares, which will be reduced to 507 million shares after cancellation.
