New East: Elected Zhuang Shengxin as Chairman
New East announced that the company will hold the 11th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on August 4, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to elect Zhuang Shengxin as the chairman of the 6th Board of Directors. Xu Guangbin resigned from the position of chairman for personal reasons but will continue to serve as a director of the company. The adjusted members of the board's special committees include the Strategy Committee, Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Compensation and Assessment Committee
