Luoman Technologies: Plans to acquire 39.2308% equity in Wutong High-tech
Luoman Technologies announced that the company intends to acquire 39.2308% equity of Shanghai Wutongshu High-tech Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Wutongshu Technology Development Co., Ltd. in cash. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will become the largest shareholder of the target company. This transaction is expected not to constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies."
