According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Jiangsu Leo Huiding Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Jiao Feihong as the legal representative. The business scope includes: development of basic software for artificial intelligence; sales of artificial intelligence hardware; development of application software for artificial intelligence; basic resources and technology platform for artificial intelligence, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by RTX, AUTEK's wholly-owned subsidiary AUTEK Investment Co., Ltd., and others
