CSB announced that the company's shareholders Baisheng Investment and Lu Xiaolin transferred 7,885,500 shares through a price inquiry transfer method, accounting for 2.64% of the company's total share capital. The inquiry transfer price was 61.82 yuan per share, with a transaction amount of 487 million yuan. The company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Sun Zhihua, along with the concerted parties, indirectly hold shares in the company through Baisheng Investment. After this inquiry transfer, the proportion of shares held by Sun Zhihua and his concerted parties in the company's total share capital decreased from 52.84% to 50.83%
