WCZJ: The profit distribution plan for the year 2024 has been determined, with cash distribution to be implemented in August

Weichai Heavy Machinery announced the profit distribution plan for the year 2024. This plan was approved at the shareholders' meeting on June 27, 2025. Based on the total share capital of 331,320,600 shares as of December 31, 2024, a cash dividend of 1.70 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares, with no stock issuance or capital increase. The equity registration date is August 18, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is August 19. The distribution will be made to all shareholders registered after the market closes on that day. The company has entrusted the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited to distribute cash dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders will distribute their dividends independently
