On August 11, 2025, Zhejiang Meili High Technology Co., Ltd. held a relevant meeting to review and approve a proposal to provide a guarantee of no more than 85 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Germany Meili. The guarantee method is diverse, with a validity period of 12 months and a revolving limit, and does not require the approval of the shareholders' meeting.
