New Vision: Completed the repurchase of 3.9703 million shares
New Vision announced that it will first disclose its share repurchase plan on February 21, 2024, with an expected repurchase amount of 45 million to 80 million yuan. The actual number of shares repurchased is 3.9703 million shares, accounting for 0.86% of the total share capital, with an actual repurchase amount of 55.6813 million yuan, at a price range of 7.97 yuan/share to 22.5 yuan/share. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives
