HENGYU DATACOM: Eddie Wu plans to reduce his holdings by 2%

HENGYU DATACOM announced that its shareholder and director Wu Liubin, who holds more than 5% of the shares, currently holds 5.715 million shares, accounting for 9.525%. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1% of the company's total share capital through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure date, and to reduce no more than 1% of the company's total share capital through block trading, totaling a planned reduction of no more than 1.2 million shares, accounting for 2%
