THDB: General Manager Leng Chunsheng resigns
THDB announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from General Manager Leng Chunsheng, who resigned from his position due to adjustments in work arrangements and the development needs of the affiliated company Junhe Alliance Biopharmaceuticals. After resigning, Mr. Leng Chunsheng will continue to serve as the company's vice chairman and has been appointed as the chief scientific advisor. The company's board of directors has agreed to appoint Mr. Li Jiahong as the company's general manager, with a term ending when the 11th board of directors' term expires
