ORG Technology announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Suzhou Sileck Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. Both parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in the fields of can/cap production equipment, digital can printing, aluminum cup printing, and flexible manufacturing, and jointly develop new environmentally friendly aluminum cup products. Within the scope of cooperation, ORG Technology plans to add new production lines and renovate existing production lines within five years, with a total amount expected to be 500 million yuan. The agreement is a framework agreement, and the specific cooperation content and transaction amount are yet to be determined, and it is expected not to have a significant impact on the company's performance for the current year. The agreement is valid for three years and aims to enhance the company's equipment technology level and market competitiveness
