On August 27th, in response to investors' questions regarding "recent online rumors that the company is undergoing restructuring and XinKaiLai may go public through a backdoor listing. Is there such a possibility?", STHC stated on the interactive platform that the related information is not true. To avoid misleading information, all information that the company is required to disclose shall be based on the announcements disclosed by the media designated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. As of now, the company has no significant matters that should be disclosed but have not been disclosed
