Gian: Shareholder Shi Juanhua plans to reduce holdings by 0.89%

Gian announced that shareholder Shi Juanhua, who holds 1.6617 million shares prior to the company's initial public offering, intends to reduce holdings of no more than 1.6617 million shares through centralized bidding from September 2, 2025, to December 1, 2025, accounting for 0.89% of the company's total share capital, and the reduction ratio within any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 1%
