CISEN: SSY GROUP plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%
CISEN announced that its shareholder, Shijiazhuang Four Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., which holds 6.11% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.527 million shares through centralized bidding from September 22, 2025, to December 20, 2025, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital. The shares to be reduced are sourced from a transfer agreement
