According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Chongqing Huiniu Glasses Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Xu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 25 million yuan. The business scope includes: production of Class II medical devices; sales of optical glass; sales of optical instruments; sales of wearable smart devices; development of artificial intelligence application software, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Huiniu Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Shenzhen Huiniu Investment Partnership and Megmeet
