KYLAND announced that it has jointly invested with Beijing Litu Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Daoxin Zhihui Information Consulting Center to establish Beijing KYLAND Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, which has recently completed industrial and commercial registration. It is reported that the purpose of establishing KYLAND Semiconductor is to accelerate the domestic substitution of core technologies for intelligent control of semiconductor equipment, expand the scale of commercial delivery, and lay a solid foundation for the company's emerging business growth. The semiconductor equipment field is a strategic entry point for the company's intelligent controller and solution business to open up the high-end equipment manufacturing market, and the company has made substantial breakthroughs in this field. Since 2024, the company has engaged in deep collaboration with leading semiconductor equipment companies around the domestic replacement of semiconductor equipment intelligent control systems, and has completed the delivery of hundreds of customized intelligent control devices, covering key equipment links such as semiconductor etching and cleaning. A domestic full-stack solution has been formed, ranging from the underlying domestic Hongdao industrial operating system, industrial network, controller hardware, and dedicated circuit boards to the upper-layer MaVIEW software.
