ZHUZHOU SMELTER announced that Mr. Tan Yizhong, the company's deputy general manager, submitted a written resignation report on September 1, 2025, due to job changes. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Mr. Tan Yizhong's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After resigning, Mr. Tan Yizhong will continue to serve as the deputy secretary of the company and the chairman of the labor union.
