FRIEND announced that a specific shareholder, Ningbo Hangsheng Venture Capital Partnership, holding less than 5% of shares, will reduce its holdings by 12.5224 million shares from May 23, 2025, to September 3, 2025, through block trades of 9.8566 million shares and centralized bidding of 2.6658 million shares, accounting for 2.54% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range is between 11.84 and 18.37 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 158 million yuan; after the reduction, it holds 8.0447 million shares, accounting for 1.63%
