NBOSCO: Plans to invest 2.894 billion yuan to establish an overseas company

NBOSCO announced that the company plans to establish two companies, Jinghang Singapore and Weihang Singapore, in Singapore through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Ocean Co., Ltd. Jinghang Singapore will be responsible for the construction and operation of 4 vessels of 2700 TEU container ship projects, with a total investment of approximately 1.194 billion RMB; Weihang Singapore will be responsible for the construction and operation of 4 vessels of 4300 TEU container ship projects, with a total investment of approximately 1.7 billion RMB. This investment aims to optimize the company's fleet structure, expand the fleet size, and enhance the company's route service capabilities. The investment matters have been approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and board of directors
