Tianfu Culture Tourism: Related party wins the bid for comprehensive management service outsourcing project
Tianfu Culture Tourism announced that its affiliated party Chengdu Culture Tourism Property Management Co., Ltd. won the bid for the comprehensive management service outsourcing project of Xiling Snow Mountain Scenic Area. The project is divided into Package 01 for property management services and Package 02 for comprehensive support services, with procurement budgets of RMB 5.7709 million/year and RMB 11.9481 million/year, totaling RMB 17.719 million/year. The winning bid for Package 01 was 5.5% lower, and Package 02 was 0.5% lower. The service period is 3 years. The winning bidder has not yet signed a formal agreement with the bidder
