EV-Tech: Pre-disclosure announcement regarding the reduction of shares by shareholders holding more than 5%
EV-Tech announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Hubei Changjiang Nio New Energy Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Hubei Changjiang Nio New Energy Industry Development Fund Partnership, currently holds 16.5514 million shares, accounting for 10.65%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.6626 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from October 13, 2025, to January 12, 2026. Among them, the centralized bidding will not exceed 1% within any consecutive 90 days, and the block trading will not exceed 2% within any consecutive 90 days, with the reduction price not lower than the issue price
