Jiangsu Huahong Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in the equity of its shareholder Zhou Shijie, who holds more than 5% of the shares. From August 29 to September 12, due to the conversion of convertible bonds, the company's total share capital increased from 606,189,820 shares to 627,503,493 shares, and Zhou Shijie's shareholding ratio was diluted from 8.59% to 8.30%. In addition, from September 11 to 12, Zhou Shijie reduced his holdings by 2,000,000 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.32% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account, bringing his shareholding ratio down to 7.98%.
