JSNE: Chen Hua resigns as the company's general manager, Qiao Bing takes over

On September 16th, JSNE announced that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation letters from General Manager Chen Hua and Director Shen Lin. Due to work changes, Chen Hua applied to resign from the position of General Manager, but will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Fourth Board of Directors, Director, and Chairman of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee after resigning. Shen Lin applied to resign from the positions of Director of the Fourth Board of Directors and others, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. On the same day, the company held the 13th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors, agreeing to appoint Qiao Bing as the General Manager of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by the board of directors until the end of the Fourth Board of Directors' term. In addition, the board of directors agreed to nominate Qiao Bing as a candidate for a non-independent director of the Fourth Board of Directors, which still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval
