QC SOLAR's shareholders with more than 5% equity have changed, and their holdings have decreased to below 5%

On September 17, 2025, Suzhou QC Solar Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in equity by its shareholder Chengdu Funded Star Feather Equity Investment Fund Partnership. From December 26, 2023, to September 16, 2025, it reduced its holdings by 2,105,893 shares and 1,208,800 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.3475% and 1.3475% of the total share capital, respectively. After this equity change, its holdings decreased to 4,485,307 shares, accounting for 4.9999% of the total share capital, and it is no longer a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. From July 8 to September 16, 2025, the equity change touched multiples of 1%. This change does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer and does not affect the company's control, governance structure, or ongoing operations, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
