CORUN: Plans to register and issue medium-term notes not exceeding 700 million yuan
CORUN announced that it plans to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes. The issuance scale will not exceed RMB 700 million, and the final issuance scale will be subject to the amount specified in the registration notice obtained by the company from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and the company's actual issuance needs. The funds will be used for research and development investment, project construction, supplementing working capital, and repaying company debts
