SMEI announced that its shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by a total of 6.3481 million shares through centralized bidding from July 30 to September 22, 2025, accounting for 0.87% of the company's total share capital, with the shareholding ratio decreasing from 7.82% to 6.95%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control and will have no significant impact on its ongoing operations
