Today (September 28), with the laying of the last section of the subsea pipe termination head by the Binhai 109 pipe-laying vessel in the southern Bohai Sea, the total length of China's subsea oil and gas pipelines has surpassed 10,000 kilometers, ranking among the world's leaders. He Yang, deputy director of the Offshore Oil Engineering Design Institute of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, stated: "With the completion of a series of ultra-deep water and high-pressure subsea pipelines such as the 'Deep Sea No. 1' gas field, China's subsea pipeline engineering equipment technology capability has successfully reached an internationally advanced level and is at the forefront of the world in terms of the integrity of the equipment technology system."
